Maroko Ekspert specializes in organizing guided tours, excursions, and custom travel itineraries across Morocco. A booking is considered confirmed once written confirmation and any required deposit have been received.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payment schedules and cancellation policies will be outlined in your personal itinerary quote. Cancellations made within the agreed notification window are eligible for refunds minus non-refundable operational costs (e.g., hotel reservations or advance permits).

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and appropriate travel insurance prior to departure. Maroko Ekspert is not liable for delays or expenses caused by missing travel documentation.

5. Itinerary Alterations & Force Majeure

While we strive to adhere strictly to planned schedules, Maroko Ekspert reserves the right to alter itineraries in response to unforeseen events, weather conditions, or safety concerns. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
